With no expectations of a good time, I suprisingly enjoyed our disc golf adventure yesterday quite a bit. Because there are so many trees, being "slow and steady" so to speak works to your advantage and I could almost be competitive with John. (emphasis on the almost) My memories of disc golf at Jacques Cartier are tainted by having to throw three to five times for every one of John's which is not as much fun at all. Of course, it's always more fun to play with John cause he tells me what disc to use in each situation which helps alot:) We also had a nice lunch together on a patio and I enjoyed a frosty Mojito served by our Russian waiter. Today, we had a lazy day. Went for a bike ride with gram and grampy, gram and i hit a book store to pick up a couple books and we are just waiting for David to get up from his nap to hit the pool before having some steaks for dinner. (did I mention we are drinking beers on the lanai while we are waiting?) I think we might head to orlando to Sea World on Thursday, John and Dad have a golf game scheduled for tomorrow morning, we plan to head to the dog races for 50 cent beer and 50 cent hotdogs on Friday and then we will be heading home on the weekend. sigh. our fun in Florida had to end eventually right???

I had a teacher in junior high who once said to us, "if you ever see me on the street, instead of saying hello, say, 'a lot is two words', and I'll be happy." I haven't forgotten since then that a lot is two words. :)
Glad you enjoyed yourself at the DG Dana. BTW - I've got a mail update I've been meaning to send your way, I just keep forgetting. I wont get to it tonight either, I'm off to bed right now.
